If you are to make gas price comparisons by city and state, you would find that California and New York probably have the highest gas price than most states. There should be a generic price that all gas stations can charge. However, everywhere you look; even on the same street, one gas price is different from the next. What is the real cause of gas prices rising? Is it going to get any better for us? The high gas prices are seeing no end in sight. The average gasoline prices are over $4 per gallon. It hurts to go to the gas pump. No longer can you fill up your tank with $30. The norm now is over $50 depending on the state you live in. Of course, we know the cost of oil is the cause of gas prices rising. The soaring gas prices give people a reason to save on gas and to seek another way to run their car with less gas. People want the answer to the question: what is the solution for these high gas prices? Will the gas price go down?

I went to the gas pump today and only because of the convenience of buying from a particular gas station, did I even attempt to pump gas. I would prefer to drive around until I found a cheaper gas prices, but that defeats the purpose, doesn’t it? I end up using up my gas by driving around. It is so frustrating. What can be done? Running a car on water seems to be a permanent choice since the entire world is being affected by the current gas prices as the big boys continue to fight over oil. Each person who drives a car knows how expensive it can get to maintain a vehicle and since the government is not doing anything about it nor is the oil company, we need to find our own solution.
